With between 80 and 90 male and female mambers, the band won the North of England Championships at Brighouse, West Yorkshire, The Cleethorpes Open Youth, The Blackpool Open Youth and the Nottingham Spotlight on Youth Championships and attained a highly commendable third place overall in the Premier Class National League table.
